Ingredients
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12-count)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 pound thinly-sliced deli ham
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1–1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil and toast the cut sides of the rolls for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mixture on the bottom half of the toasted rolls.
- Layer with cheddar cheese, ham, and Swiss cheese, then place top halves over the filling.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and brush over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
