- 1/2 cup vegan butter (for frosting)
- 2–6 tbsp non-dairy milk (for frosting)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
- Pinch of salt (for frosting)
- 2–3 cups powdered sugar, sifted (for frosting)
Instructions
- Prepare the flax egg by mixing ground flaxseed with water; let sit for 5 minutes until thickened.
- In a large bowl, cream together vegan butter and sugars until smooth. Mix in the flax egg, molasses, and vanilla extract.
