- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain using a strainer.
- While the tortellini cooks, chop spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and garlic.
- Rinse the cooked tortellini under cold water to cool it down quickly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled tortellini with spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and garlic.
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl; pour over the salad mixture.
