Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2¼ cups roasted sea salt peanuts
  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  6. Chop remaining peanuts and sprinkle over the chocolate layer.
  7. Allow cooling at room temperature for 2 hours, then refrigerate until firm.
