Instructions
- Dice the onion and green bell pepper; mince the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, beans, and spices; stir well to combine.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for 30–45 minutes.
