  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, coconut milk, lime juice, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce into the skillet over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
