  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz spaghetti (cooked al dente)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until soft (about 3–4 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef, cooking until browned (5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and cream cheese. Cook until cream cheese melts (2–3 minutes).
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the meat mixture and stir in shredded cheese until fully combined.
