  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 15 ounces canned black beans
  • 8 ounces canned corn
  • 2 cups shredded Fiesta blend cheese
  • 16 ounces Catalina dressing
  • 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini in boiling water according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef; drain excess grease and add taco seasoning with water, cooking until liquid evaporates.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and cheese; mix well.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Catalina dressing and sour cream until smooth.
