Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a pot or rice cooker, boil 2 cups of water. Add rice and salt; cover and reduce heat to low until cooked.
- Once the rice is ready, mix in vegan butter, cilantro, and lime juice.
