  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.

  7. Mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl; add to the sauce to thicken.
