- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In one bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix canola oil, canned pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just blended.
