  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed, drained, chopped)
  • 14 oz jar artichoke hearts (drained, chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a cast iron skillet or baking dish and spread evenly.
