- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a larger bowl.
- Add honey, melted butter, water, and sourdough discard to the dry ingredients; stir until combined.

- Roll tightly from one side and slice into 12 pieces.
