Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture on low speed until just mixed; do not over-mix.
  4. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  6. Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes; let cool completely before frosting.
