Ingredients
- 32 oz bag of hash browns or fresh diced potatoes
- 14 oz kielbasa sausage (cut into small pieces)

- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp creole seasoning (or your favorite blend)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker.
- In the slow cooker, combine hash browns, kielbasa sausage, diced onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
