  • 2 filets of salmon (Atlantic, King, or Sockeye)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (0% Greek or any type)
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup cooked edamame
  • ½ avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon filets dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. Mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt in a bowl; reserve 1 tablespoon of marinade.
  3. Marinate salmon cubes for 3 minutes.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes until crispy.
  5. Mix yogurt, hot sauce, chipotle powder, paprika, and olive oil for the spicy yogurt sauce.
  6. Assemble each bowl with rice, salmon bites, edamame, and avocado; drizzle with reserved marinade and yogurt sauce.
