Instructions
- Drain and flake the salmon in a bowl using a fork.
- Add egg, mayo, lemon juice, mustard, breadcrumbs, scallions, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the salmon; mix gently.
- Form mixture into six patties about ½ inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
