  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1½-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the cauliflower steaks and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet covered with foil. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove foil and roast for another 10 minutes. Flip the steaks over and roast for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
