  • 1 ½ pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix well.
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and half the butter over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, spices, and heavy cream; simmer gently.
  4. Return chicken to skillet and coat in sauce; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with naan bread or steamed rice.
