  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for streusel topping)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon (for streusel topping)
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar (for maple glaze)
  • 1/4 tsp maple extract (for maple glaze)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (for maple glaze)
  • 1 Tbsp milk or cream (for maple glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Cream softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in pumpkin puree and eggs.
  3. Add spices, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour; mix until just combined.
  4. Spread batter in the prepared pan and top with streusel made from melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and spices.
  5. Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
