- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter (for streusel topping)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel topping)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (for streusel topping)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon (for streusel topping)
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar (for maple glaze)
- 1/4 tsp maple extract (for maple glaze)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (for maple glaze)
- 1 Tbsp milk or cream (for maple glaze)
Instructions
