- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of black pepper
- 8 refrigerated biscuits (16 ounces)
- ¼ cup pasta or pizza sauce
- 3 ounces pepperoni (chopped)
- 7–8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Lightly grease muffin tins with cooking spray and separate each biscuit.
- Press a biscuit into each muffin cup and prick the bottoms with a fork.
- Brush the inside of each biscuit with the butter mixture. Fill with pasta sauce, followed by cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
