  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1618 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Shred the chicken afterward.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, soften cream cheese, then mix in sour cream, salsa, spices, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and cheeses. Combine well.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
