- 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 green onions (minced)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 16–18 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp cilantro (minced)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Shred the chicken afterward.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, soften cream cheese, then mix in sour cream, salsa, spices, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and cheeses. Combine well.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
