  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 20 Oreo Cookies (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until combined.
  6. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips and crushed Oreo pieces.
  7. Chill the dough for 15–30 minutes.
  8. Scoop dough, flatten it, place an Oreo on top, and wrap dough around it.
  9. Freeze for another 20–30 minutes before baking.
  10. Bake for approximately 11 minutes; add remaining chocolate chips on top before cooling.
