Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips and crushed Oreo pieces.
- Chill the dough for 15–30 minutes.
- Scoop dough, flatten it, place an Oreo on top, and wrap dough around it.
- Freeze for another 20–30 minutes before baking.
- Bake for approximately 11 minutes; add remaining chocolate chips on top before cooling.
