  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 25 Oreo cookies (for filling)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (for ganache)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (for ganache)
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream (for ganache)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for ganache)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by blending whole Oreos into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press firmly into a springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla and sugar, then fold in broken Oreos.
