- 5 oz baby spinach
- Juice from ½ lemon
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped

- Olive oil
- Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown; then remove and set aside.
