Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
- 200g fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp chipotle paste
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- Fresh coriander, chopped
