  • 6 medium-sized ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup butter (melted)

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  5. Warm Nutella in the microwave for about 30 seconds until it’s easier to swirl.
  6. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and add a teaspoon of warmed Nutella on top; swirl gently with a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
