  • 1 lb precooked ham or bacon
  • 12 eggs
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of a 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Layer 1/3 of the hash browns, followed by 1/3 of the ham/bacon, onion, salt and pepper, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over layered ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until eggs are set.
