- 2 lbs ground beef (80% or 85% lean)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions
