  • 1 cup (90 g) old-fashioned oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (168 g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (168 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until it turns chestnut brown, about 6–7 minutes.
  2. Mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth; chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Stir in eggs and vanilla into the chilled mixture until fully combined.
  5. Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in white and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart, and lightly press down.
  8. Bake for 11–13 minutes until edges are golden brown; let cool on sheets before transferring.
