  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  2. Prepare lobster by cutting the shells, seasoning, and poaching in melted butter with smashed garlic for about 4-5 minutes until opaque.
  3. Make the sauce in the same pan by sautéing minced garlic, thyme, basil, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and reserved pasta water; fold in chopped lobster.
