- 4 cups Chicken Broth

- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

- 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded about 1/2 cup)

- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
