Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the almond flour, shredded cheese, and salt until a dough forms. If too crumbly, add water gradually until it holds together.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares using a pizza cutter.
  4. Transfer the squares to the baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through until crisp and golden brown. Allow to cool completely before serving.
