Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2–3 Tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- Spices: Garlic Powder and Ground Ginger
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1/2 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté for about 4-6 minutes until dark green; set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and brown the ground chicken. Cook until fully browned.
- While cooking the chicken, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer until thickened. Stir in broccoli and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
