- 1 heaping cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons chai spice blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chai spice blend, and salt. Pulse until mixed.
- Add cold butter cubes and pulse until crumbly.
- Mix in the chilled cream and egg mixture until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
- Brush with reserved egg wash and bake for 20–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, chai spice blend, vanilla extract, heavy cream, maple syrup, and salt.
