  • 2 small cooked chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (divided)
  • 3 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pineapple tidbits
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone inside if using.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped chicken with ¼ cup barbecue sauce; set aside.
  3. Shape the pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch circle on a pizza pan.
  4. Spread remaining barbecue sauce over the dough; layer with one cup of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Evenly distribute chicken mixture, bacon, pineapple, and red onion on top.
  6. Add another cup of mozzarella and sprinkle with black pepper.
