  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 2/3 cup feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces and combine them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a jar, mix all dressing ingredients; shake well to combine.
