  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled macaroni with gherkins, bell pepper, celery, red onion, and hard-boiled eggs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
