  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked; season with salt and pepper. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll out biscuit or pizza dough into 3-inch squares.
