  • 6 large cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups cooked and cooled white rice
  • 1 scallion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and salt, stirring until golden brown. Remove garlic but keep the infused oil.
  2. In the same pan, scramble the egg until partially cooked.
