- ¼ cup ghee or butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, cut into ½ inch cubes

- ½ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more to taste

Instructions
