  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  3. Pour in chicken broth and cream. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes until orzo is tender.
  4. Mix in 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), top with remaining mozzarella, and bake for 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
