Instructions

  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, egg, warm water, and the activated yeast mixture to the dry ingredients; stir to form a dough.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  6. Shape the risen dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Allow it to rise again for another 30–45 minutes while preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Brush with an egg wash before baking for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
