  • 1 can Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
  • 8 pieces thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (+ 1 tablespoon for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lay out strips of bacon. Bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the bacon, brush with a mixture of brown sugar and maple syrup, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes until crispy.
  3. Let the bacon cool slightly. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
  4. Chop the cooled bacon into small pieces. Unroll each cinnamon roll and place some chopped bacon inside before re-rolling.
  5. Place all assembled rolls in a greased round cake pan and bake as per package instructions.
  6. For the glaze, whisk together the frosting from the cinnamon rolls with an additional tablespoon of maple syrup.
  7. Once baked, drizzle the maple glaze over the rolls and top with remaining chopped bacon.
