Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh tomatoes (preferably Roma)
- 1 large onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth
- 240 ml heavy cream (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
