- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons cream or milk
- آ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your bundt pan.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour and baking powder separately, then alternate adding it with whipping cream and milk to the wet mixture.
- Layer half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, and top with remaining cinnamon mix.
- Bake for 55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and cream.
