Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ Korean pear
- 1 stalk green onion
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ inch ginger
- Optional: 1 tbsp gochujang (for spice)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, sesame oil, avocado oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Korean pear puree until well mixed.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes or grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
