  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8 oz) package of softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • For topping: 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep strawberries by cutting off stems, halving them, and hollowing out the centers using a small melon baller.
  2. Whip heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until combined.
  5. Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe into each strawberry half.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
