- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- Remove excess grease from the skillet but leave about 1 tablespoon. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
