  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. Remove excess grease from the skillet but leave about 1 tablespoon. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Crumble the bacon and slice the chicken into strips.
  4. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning with water and drizzle over chicken. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
  5. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the mayo-sour cream mix in the center. Layer with chicken, cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  7. Cook seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown; flip and repeat.
