  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Sauté sliced mushrooms in the same skillet until soft. Remove from pan.
